When I’m stressed, worried, or when my sleeping time changes, I find it very hard to have a decent sleep and this usually lasts for weeks. My first home in college was a neat boarding house, but mattresses were not provided, so I had to buy a new one. Gift-giving season is here! Even if I’m away from home, I still prepared a gift list. As I went through the list and if I were home, I would have given a certain person the same gift for years! T-shirts, hankies, wallets, socks – these things have repeatedly appeared in my list.
