Perhaps some of you are wondering what “Bisdak” means. I’ve written an entry about this so if you’ve got some time, please take a look at: Understanding Bisdak.
This blog was previously called “Idle Moments” because I was mostly idle even on work days in the first few months in Japan. Later on, I decided to change it to “Bisdak Babbles” because I usually write about almost anything that I want to share with everyone else.
Who am I?
I’m a Bisdak, a Filipino, and a blogger since 2006! I stayed in Japan for quite some time. At present, I am working in Singapore. I’ve started this blog because I wanted something that would help me cope with homesickness. I also wanted to write about my experiences here in Japan, Singapore or any place where I’m destined to go to.
I think that blogging is the most convenient way of letting my friends know what’s going on in my life. This blog is something I can show my grandchildren in the future. Of course, this will also remind me of my journey when I start to forget things.
Blogging is also one of the best way to meet great people all over the globe, including you! How about Facebook? Well, I do have a Facebook account but I think blogging is more personal. Facebook is just too cluttered.
I hope you’d always enjoy your visits here.
By the way, I have other blogs. If you have time to spare, I hope you could visit them, too.
Messages dropped anywhere in this blog will be much appreciated. Alternatively, you may send me an email here.
Thank you very much for dropping by!
