Saying no to hot and spicy food
I love spicy food that I even put chili in almost everything that I cook. That’s why I loved McDonald’s spicy mcchicken. Before, my stomach didn’t get upset for at least 8 hours after hot and spicy food intake. Now, I normally take a trip to the toilet less than an hour later. A friend told me to try colon cleansing: take more food that are high in fiber, this would serve as thermogenic fat burner, too, and Yakult or yogurt. The problem is, I’ve been so lazy to cook lately that I prefer to munch on unhealthy food. I don’t even want to prepare salad. Most of the vegetables I buy end up in the trash and I don’t want to waste food. But if this colon cleansing thing would condition my tummy to take spicy food again, then I’ll do it.

Yes, colon cleansing is indeed very therapeutic. Hot and spicy foods have their advantages and disadvantages. The advantage is, they help the circulatory function of the body by clearing up blockages in the arteries. They also aid is clearing up nasal congestion like sinusitis. The disadvantages are, they increase the acidic content of the body and may result in hemorrhoids. The remedy would be moderation in eating hot and spicy foods. Oh one more thing, they also acts as aphrodisiac as they stimulate the blood flow in the body. Thanks for the post. God bless you all always.
