Sentosa’s Palawan Beach

I wonder if Singapore got the name Palawan Beach from the Philippines’ Palawan Island. It’s not as beautiful as “the Palawan” in the Philippines, but it’s a nice place to hang out on weekends. There’s a hawker/food court in there and I’ve tried out one Singaporean dish: Oyster egg. It’s not really made from oyster egg (is there really one?), but it is fried (chicken) egg with oyster. It’s one of the most delicious egg-based dish. I could say, as delicious as the egg with mentaiko/fish roe.

The beach is really nice but it was way too hot when we got there.
