I was 14 then. I didn't notice it until I took the glasses off and decided not to wear it anymore - when i graduated college. I also have wrinkles on the side of my eyes. real bad! i do have night eye cream but i'm not religious in applying it every night plus it irritates my eyes (making painful and teary). i developed bigger eyebags when I started wearing eyeglasses.
