My family is not a fan of soda nor of green tea. But my sisters try to take green tea for the benefits I mentioned to them. My mom just can't take the bitter taste of it. My Uncle & brother-in-law are drinking green tea for their high blood pressure. I do not love green tea but I try to take it for the benefits it offers.

You find me nodding there- when you've been to Japan and you've witnessed how people take good care of their food intake, you get influenced, especially seeing the results yourself.

Just like you, I'm the most health-conscious in the family. I find myself always reminding my family not to eat too much of this and that food to be fit.
