Weight gain alert
Posted on July 5, 2009 - Filed Under Health |
Over the past few days, I’ve been eating like a pig. I’ve had complete meals but had heavy snacks in between. When I underwent a medical checkup for an insurance policy, I was not surprised to find out that I am now 2.5 kilograms heavier than when I first stepped foot here in Singapore. Desperate time calls for desperate measures so at times I thought of trying out stuff such as phentermine diet pill. It took me more than 2 years to lose the excess baggage I got from pregnancy, I wonder how long can I shed these exra pounds now that I am a few years older. Well, thank you for the advices and the encouragements. I will definitely start controlling my appetite and get back up running again. Wish me luck!

That’s the problem with putting weight on once you get older, it’s harder and takes longer to lose. The key is maintenance.
Good luck!

I hear you! I can’t stand how hard it is to lose the weight, but it comes back in what seems like just days.
Losing weight might get harder, but the eating part certainly gets easier! Certainly though phentermine is a last resort, I am sure you have more control than needing that!

There are a lot of options in the market for you to lose weight. I suggest that you try to avoid taking those weight loss diet pills at all cost cause these could have unhealthy side effects. Try to eat right (right size your food and eat healthy), exercise, and avoid stress. All of these can help you lose weight in no time.

As difficult or frustrating as this is to hear, the old standard is the one that works the best: reduce calories, increase exercise. Everythiing else — supplements etc., are a secondary help to the main one.
