They were able to track my luggage (after giving them the color description, and added that it has my name tagged on it); and the person who accidentally took it. It so happened that we have the same color of luggage and since then, I changed my luggage to blue. Oh, yes..you'll find 'them' rude once you compare them to Japs. Nothing beats Japs when it comes to manners. We were so worried because his medical records from his birth until that day were there. And also he was getting ready to be deployed to the Middle East . And it also happened to me and my husband. It's so irritating .. but thank God we were able to recover our delayed luggage!
