Kimchi Nabe

I’ve just had nabe last Monday, but I’m craving for more… particularly Kimchi Nabe. So on my way home, I dropped by the nearest 24-hour supermarket and bought these:

I don’t have a nabe pot so I just used an ordinary one. Put everything into it…

After letting it stew for a few minutes, I got to enjoy this delicious, tummy-warming nabe while watching anime:

Actually, I still have some leftovers.  Do you want some? :)

Yep, there’s tofu. I put in mushroom, mung bean sprouts, cabbage, and meat.
The most important ingredient is the nabe soup (i don’t know what this is really called as the labels are written in Japanese ^-^)

The other flavors aren’t that good. Kimchi flavor is the best! ^-^
