Cast your votes, too

The voting for the New 7 Wonders of Nature nominees will run until December 31, 2008. Then 21 shortlisted candidates will be announced in January 2009. From there, the New 7 Wonders of Nature will be chosen by popular vote in the summer of 2010.

Anyway, we have three nominees in the Philippines and it would be great if the three of them would belong to the 21. Here they are:

Tubbataha Reefs of the Sulu Sea


Puerto Princesa Subterranean River National Park in Palawan

Dotombori

The biggest *shotengai in Osaka runs through the Dotonbori, near the Namba station. It’s one of the most crowded places in Osaka. It may be flooded with people, but it’s still one of the most famous meeting places because of this crab, a very effective landmark:


For over a year of staying in Osaka, finally I was able to pose in Dotonbori with some friends:


* A sh?tengai (???) is a style of Japanese commercial district running along a certain street.
