I’m craving for…

I was in my early 20’s when I “discovered” that there’s more to pasta than just tomato sauce-based spaghetti and baked macaroni. You see, my mother only prepares the spaghetti with tomato sauce and ground beef/pork. When we eat out, we don’t go to Italian restaurants (and there’s no Italian restaurant in Iligan City). We usually dig in Filipino dishes. That’s why I was and still am amazed by all the pasta variations that I find here in Japan. I hope I could get a photo of the one with a fried egg (sunny-side-up) on top. My favorite so far: all of the seafood pasta. :)
