Weapon against insomnia
When I’m stressed, worried, or when my sleeping time changes, I find it very hard to have a decent sleep and this usually lasts for weeks. I’ve tried everything to fight this problem - warm milk, herbal tea, warm bath, counting imaginary sheep, the list goes on and on but nothing helped. Finally, as I have mentioned in one of my posts, I found an effective solution: red wine or any alcoholic drink. I seldom drink, so a little amount of red wine makes me instantly sleepy, but I’m afraid I’ll become dependent to it. Also, when I’m worried over something, just like now, alcohol doesn’t help at all!
I came across this website that introduces a very unique insomnia help. It is not a form of diet, it is not even a pill, but it is something you just have to listen to. It’s called Sleep Deprivation CD! In that CD, there are soothing tones that influence the brain waves and put the mind and body into a relaxed state. You don’t even need to put some effort to listen to it. Very cool, eh?

Maybe you can also try exercise Shie… like jogging, biking or dancing(?)

wahhh mahadlok ko ma dependent sa alcohol!
mi register ko diha pero wala man nila gidawat akong applications . ^-^
