Sakura Hunting last Spring in Kyoto. She’s wearing a princess’ kimono from the
Heian Period. Don’t you think this lady and that glassed figure’s kimono “style” have some similarities?

such elegant costumes! i think these were precisely the inspiration for princess amidala’s costumes for star wars.
