A Date with Harry Potter

I woke up at around 11:30 this morning and after taking a look outside, the typhoon might have decided not to pass by Osaka after all! The sky’s not clear but it’s hot outside. At least I won’t be wet for our date with Johnny Depp and Orlando Bloom. Akane-san and I agreed to watch Pirates of the Carribean 3, but two months after it was first shown, a huge crowd was still lining up! So we decided to watch Harry Potter and the Order of Phoenix instead.

How was it? Mmmmm… if not for the encounter between Dumbledore and Voldemort, I would have concluded that the film is a big disappointment. Lots of details have been changed or omitted, many parts are not clear, and some moments are quite boring. You could find the differences of the plot between the book and the film in Wikipedia. I would have loved to see more of Tonks in the movie because I really find her cool, but she only appeared for about three times! Furthermore, I commend Evanna Lynch for excellently portraying the role Luna Lovegood. All in all, no matter how unsatisfied I was, I am still looking forward to the next Harry Potter movie. ^-^

The enjoyable part of the day was the long chat with Akane-san before the movie. We got to talk about almost anything. Everyone… meet Akane-san:
